About the role As the Azure Integration Technical Lead, you will own end‑to‑end integration solutions across BAU support and project delivery. You’ll also ensure the integration environment is designed, delivered and operated in a structured, secure and scalable way. This is a hands-on role, with direct responsibility for solution design and delivery, alongside of supporting and maintaining integrations in production. You’ll need strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining delivery quality. We offer hybrid working, with office days spent working from our Head Office located in Burnley. In this role, you will: Be accountable for end-to-end integration outcomes across design, development, deployment and production support Balance hands-on BAU support, solution delivery and platform ownership across multiple concurrent initiatives Maintain ownership of integration platform stability, performance and availability in production Define and own security architecture, standards and controls across the integration environment Design scalable, secure and maintainable integration solutions using Azure Integration Services Translate business requirements into clear, structured and fit-for-purpose technical designs Establish and enforce structured delivery practices across solution design, development and deployment Maintain visibility and control across competing priorities, ensuring delivery quality and timelines are maintained Implement and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Provide technical guidance and promote consistency in design and delivery approaches Build and maintain documentation, standards and reusable integration patterns Proactively identify and manage risks, including security, operational and delivery risks Work closely with business stakeholders, internal teams and vendors to deliver practical, fit-for-purpose solutions You’ll also have (Essential): Strong experience designing and delivering secure, enterprise-grade integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, APIM) Proven ability to own solution architecture end-to-end, including security design and production support Demonstrated experience working across both BAU support and project delivery environments Proven ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives while maintaining control of priorities, delivery quality and timelines Strong analytical, documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to shape and communicate solution designs to both technical and business stakeholders Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET and RESTful APIs, including practical experience with authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0), JSON and secure data transfer (e.g. sFTP) Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns and event-driven architecture Experience working with Azure Data Platform technologies (Azure SQL, T‑SQL and data movement principles) Proven experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps) Desirable: Experience working in hybrid environments (cloud and on‑premises systems) Microsoft Azure certifications Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or aged care Benefits available: Discounted gym memberships at Goodlife and Fitness First Retail savings with the Blue Light Card Discounted car hire Employee Assistance Program for you and your family Free Wellbeing App to support your mental and physical health Novated leasing for vehicles Workplace banking support ACN membership discounts for nurses Discounted health insurance with nib health Discounted JB HiFi Estia Health is committed to embracing diversity, equity and inclusion in our workplaces.
